If applying for construction or asbestos abatement work please submit the below listed required paperwork and documentation:
• Copy of ID
• Copy of US Passport/ Green card
• Copy of social security card
• Copy of OSHA 10 not older than 5 years
In addition for Asbestos abatement workers:
- Initial Asbestos Certificate
- Refresher Asbestos Certificate ( current)
- Licenses NYS, NYC, CT NJ (current)
- Medical (current)
- Respirator / Fit test (current)
