Niram is seeking an on-site Project Manager for a new large 3-year SUNY construction project in Brooklyn NY starting in the immediate future. The Project Manager ensures that the project contract documents, as well as the schedule and budget, are adhered to throughout the project life cycle. Niram is seeking a Site Superintendent position for an in-progress project in SUNY Stonybrook, Long Island NY. The Project Superintendent plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the project and is responsible for conforming to scheduling, completion and ensuring that all construction adheres to the contract documents and building codes.
